Alberta Children's Hospital

We are so fortunate to have the Alberta Children's Hospital here in Calgary. Made a day long visit to Emergency with my little Trisomy 18. Wonderful people! I sure appreciate the respect they give to us parents who have been there often!

I'm also glad we were NOT priority. Gee folks, relax. If you have t0 wait behind a child who has come in by STARS, or a child who has been abused, and the Emergency department is short staffed - don't complain to the Triage Nurse that your child has to wait because he/she has a cold. Believe me... you DON'T want to be the priority of those busy people because if you are, it's not good news, eh?
